Warehouse Mechanic (3rd Shift)

Monday – Thursday | 4 Ten-Hour Shifts
Start Time: Between 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Looking for a maintenance role where you can work independently, solve mechanical challenges, and enjoy a three-day weekend every week?

Badger Liquor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Mechanic to keep our conveyor systems and warehouse equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone with strong mechanical skills who takes pride in preventing downtime and keeping operations running.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems and warehouse equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Replace and adjust conveyor components
• Complete welding and fabrication projects as needed
• Conduct routine equipment inspections
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and internal teams
• Occasionally travel to other Wisconsin locations to support maintenance needs

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience maintaining conveyor systems, forklifts, vehicles, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery
• Has strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Works well independently with minimal supervision
• Is committed to safety and quality workmanship
• Wants to build a long-term career on a consistent overnight schedule

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Mechanical maintenance experience required
• Electrical and welding experience preferred
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus
