ADVOCAP’s Head Start program is accepting applications for a Teacher Assistant for our Ripon Head Start Center and will begin in August of 2025! Head Start prepares children ages 3-5 with quality early childhood education in Fond du Lac and Green Lake counties. We help families reach financial, career, and educational goals, while building resilience and confidence for the entire family. This position will need to have a welcoming and friendly personality to ensure comfortability in working with kids and families that align with our core mission and values for all employees. This position is responsible for taking direction from the assigned Classroom Teacher to ensure the effective implementation of and compliance with ADVOCAP Head Start operational procedures and curriculum. Teacher Assistant - Head Start – Ripon
assigned classroom and spaces within the facility
This full-time position will work 36 hours per week, Monday—Thursday with occasional Fridays and weekends. Starting wage is $17.73 per hour, based on experience. This position is for the program year, with summers off and will start in August of 2025. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, vacation, sick and holiday pay, and our employer contribution 401k.
