ADVOCAP’s Head Start program is accepting applications for a School Readiness Coach to begin in August of 2025! Head Start prepares children ages 3-5 with quality early childhood education in Fond du Lac and Green Lake counties. We help families reach financial, career, and educational goals, while building resilience and confidence for the entire family. This position will provide on-site, in-classroom coaching for staff. Provide intensive individual coaching during class time to improve teacher interactions and child outcomes toward school readiness. Provide ongoing monitoring of all education content area requirements and produce monthly monitoring reports. Ensure program compliance and serve as the implementer of individualized plans to support the children and teachers in the classroom. Ensure disability services in all child development centers are in compliance with childcare licensing, Head Start Performance Standards, ADA and IDEA. This full-time position will work 36 hours per week, Monday—Thursday with occasional Fridays and weekends and will start in August 2025. The entry/starting wage for this position is $21.50 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
This full-time position will have access to health, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, vacation, sick and
holiday pay, and our employer contribution 401k.
