Job Description The Playmaker serves on the customer support team and helps children play, learn and have fun at the Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac. Playmakers promote positive museum interactions in a way that is Welcoming, Helping, Friendly, Fun, Proactive and Safe. Playmakers assist in the following areas: welcoming and interacting with guests, birthday parties, program and event assistance, and museum/exhibits cleaning. Examples of Duties Floor engagement with families. Exhibit cleaning and light maintenance. Stocking and refresing museum spaces. Intereacting regularly with guests, and the Welcome Desk Team. Opening and closing the museum. Required Experience or Qualifications Some customer service is preferred. Like to work with and around children and families. Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift and climb. Other requirements Drug Screen is required.
