St. Mary’s Springs Academy (SMSA) in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a full-time Middle School teacher (Grades 7-8) for the 2025-2026 academic year with an emphasis in Social Studies. Candidates will be working to create a culture of excellence focused on student learning; therefore, a desire to be empowered via shared leadership is preferred. SMSA offers the benefits of 50% reduced student tuition at SMSA, and offers 50% tuition reduction through Marian University for graduate school.

Requirements:

SMSA is searching for candidates licensed in the State of Wisconsin. The successful candidate understands and has experience in current practices and methodologies for teaching grades 6 to 8. The candidate will join a team of engaged educators that are team players. SMSA is looking for a candidate that is willing to be flexible and collaborate with colleagues, successfully integrates technology into the daily teaching practices and differentiates instruction and assessment. A faith- and values-based Catholic educator is preferred.
