We have an immediate full-time machinist position open for an individual who enjoys performing a variety of machine shop projects daily. Typical projects range from short run production to manufacturing part’s for reconditioning/upgrading food processing equipment. This is a first shift position with controlled overtime. 

This individual will be responsible for programming CNC equipment (ProtoTRAK) as well as being proficient with manual machines. You will be responsible for setup, dimensional verification and efficient operation of your machines. With some parts or projects, you may be operating multiple pieces of equipment in a cell-type setup. 

An ideal candidate would have technical school training in addition to job experience. You would also need excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a changing workload. Oral and written communication skills are also important.
