Job description

We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to help deliver great meals to our guests and keep our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll prepare food to the exact specifications, set up and stock stations, and work closely with our kitchen team to ensure every plate leaves the kitchen on time, fresh, and delicious. Full or Part Times opportunities, experience preferred but not required.

Duties

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prep ingredients for service (chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team
• Follow directions from the lead cook
• Maintain cleanliness and properly store leftovers
• Stock inventory appropriately (Lead Line Cook will monitor/order inventory)
• Ensure dishes are prepared to high quality standards and served promptly
• Follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Maintain a positive, professional approach with coworkers and customers

Required Experience

• Proven cooking experience (Line Chef, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook)
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with industry best practices
