POSITION TITLE 

St. Mary’s Springs Academy (SMSA) in Fond du Lac, serving students in preschool through high school (PK-12), is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Human Resources Specialist.

REQUIREMENTS:

The HR Specialist assists with:  maintaining HR documentation; overseeing the hiring process including employee contracts, time-off tracking and employee training; supports payroll and benefits administration; conducts annual handbook reviews, assists in budgeting for payroll and benefits; and serves as a back-up for various business office functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with relevant work experience.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Enterprise products.  Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

COMPENSATION NOTES

Salary commensurate with experience. Fifty percent tuition remission. Competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement benefits, etc. Benefits subject to eligibility criteria.  Salary depending on experience; in the range of $65K, to be negotiated
