POSITION TITLE St. Mary’s Springs Academy (SMSA) in Fond du Lac, serving students in preschool through high school (PK-12), is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Human Resources Specialist. REQUIREMENTS: The HR Specialist assists with: maintaining HR documentation; overseeing the hiring process including employee contracts, time-off tracking and employee training; supports payroll and benefits administration; conducts annual handbook reviews, assists in budgeting for payroll and benefits; and serves as a back-up for various business office functions as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Enterprise products. Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
