We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization as a 3/4-time (32 hours/week) Executive Director! The FDLA WOMENS FUND INC is a community-focused organization located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. We are dedicated to empowering women and girls by addressing key issues that impact their well-being and opportunities. We are committed to creating positive social change through collaborating with local stakeholders and supporting initiatives that build stronger, more equitable communities. The Executive Director will serve as a dynamic, engaging, forward-thinking leader, responsible for building collaborative community relationships that support the advancement of our agency’s Mission and Vision. The Executive Director embodies the Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund values of education, stewardship, integrity, equity-fairness and collaboration. The Executive Director, working closely with the Board of Directors, is responsible for the Fund’s overall growth, management, and operations. This is a 3/4-time position (32 hours/week), with the potential to become full-time. Salary range: $38,000 - $58,000, based on experience. Location: Both in community and remote role.
