Job Description Are you a proactive and highly organized professional looking for a dynamic part-time role where you can truly make an impact? Fond du Lac Area Businesses on Health (FABOH), a Health Care Purchasing Coalition, is seeking a talented part time Executive Assistant to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be taking ownership of the essential office management functions and providing crucial support to our Executive Director and the various membership initiatives held throughout the year. Executive Assistant
• Coordinating and scheduling special events
• Managing event registration and communication with attendees
• Assisting the Executive Director with projects and research as needed
• Providing support at Board meetings, scheduling and assisting as needed
• Drafting professional correspondence, newsletters, and wellness information
• Processing invoices, payments, and tracking expenses
• Take ownership of duties and responsibilities
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines utilizing strong organization skills
• Possess strong written communication skills/use of grammar
• Possess excellent customer service/verbal communication skills
• Have accounting skills as well as experience working with accounting software
• Be detail-oriented
• Have event planning experience
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with or an interest in wellness/well-being (Assistance with wellness resources and events for members)
• Experience working in the health insurance industry
• Computer/technology skills
