St. Mary’s Springs Academy seeking full time Early Childhood Instructional Classroom Aide. The instructional classroom aide will join a team of Early Childhood educators who implement and engage in play based learning to support student learning. The instructional aide will support learning in the classroom and help supervise student recesses and the lunchroom. Under the direction of the school principal and/or classroom teachers, the instructional aid will support SMSA in its mission and vision. Experience working with early childhood aged children is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate must be a team player and willing to be flexible and collaborate with colleagues.

The instructional aide assists teachers and school staff with instruction, supervision, and clerical activities to provide a well-organized, functioning classroom environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional programing. This position works mainly with K4 students and one teacher with a focus on supporting play-based learning in a safe and nurturing learning environment.

August 25, 2025; M-F; 7:15 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
