Customer Support Specialist - Fast-paced print & signage company
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Customer Support Specialist to manage customer projects from start to finish. This role is the hub between customers, sales, and production—ensuring every job is accurate, on time, and communicated clearly.

• Process incoming orders from customers, sales personnel and walk-in business.
• Initiate job jacket and job ticket, including: description of items needed, substrate selection and exact sizing information.
• Ensure all instructions and communications are written accurately, timely and thoroughly.
• Serve as the customer’s direct contact and communicate their needs throughout the span of the job.
• Track jobs through production and communicate any problems or changes to internal teams, Sales Representatives and Customers as necessary.
• Keep detailed and accurate notes on all requests from customers.
• Write requisitions for vendors and outside services, finalize schedules and work closely with schedule department to fulfill both customer and organizational needs.
• Learn and understand the customer’s needs and requirements. Take advantage of opportunities to provide new services to an existing customer.
• Meet with customers at their location when necessary to confirm job specifications and/or present project proposals.
• Verify charges prior to invoicing, clarifying any discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure a quick billing process.
• Work to resolve any customer concerns or complaints.
• Assist/serve as backup to Accountant for daily bookkeeping needs.
• Other duties as requested.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be a self-starter.
• Attention to detail.
• Above average math, measuring and computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
• General knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping process including QuickBooks a plus.
