What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with customers through regular phone interactions
• Identify sales opportunities and confidently recommend products that meet customer needs
• Introduce new products, promotions, and supplier offerings to grow customer sales
• Take ownership of customer inquiries, orders, and problem resolution
• Create positive customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business
• Support sales territories and partner closely with our field sales team
• Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Assist customers with inventory questions, product information, pricing, and account needs
• Help customers grow their business through consultative selling and product knowledge

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous customer service, inside sales, account management, or sales support experience preferred
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, beverage, or related industries is a plus
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
