St. Mary's Springs Academy seeking a full-time Coordinator of Campus Ministry for the remainder of the 25-26 academic year. Examples of Duties

This position helps create processes and programs that serve to encourage and guide engagement with SMSA mission while expressing its culture and Catholic identity. This position supports the faith formation and Catholic identity of our Springs community, including our students, teachers, staff and parents. In collaboration with the administration, school Chaplain, faculty/staff, parents, students, and parishes; the Coordinator advances programs steeped in the school’s mission, rooted in Christ’s teachings and which recognize “Faith” and “Community” as keystones aspects of the Ledger Way. The coordinator encourages all SMSA stakeholders to develop and share their God given gifts as service to the community; develop habits of spiritual reflection, prayer and worship; and engage the call of discipleship.

Required Experience or Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Religious Studies or a related field. The successful candidate understands and has experience in campus ministry, youth ministry or young adult faith formation. The candidate must be willing to be flexible, possess strong communication skills and is willing to collaborate with colleagues. The candidate also must be capable of successfully integrating technology into the daily practices. A practicing Catholic is preferred.
