The Communication Specialist supports the Marketing team by delivering clear, consistent, and strategic messages that reinforce the Michels brand. This role requires exceptional writing and editing skills to produce high-quality content across internal and external channels. The Communication Specialist is responsible for maintaining relationships with media partners and ensuring all communications align with established marketing policies and brand standards. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, and five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
  • Strong written communication skills: grammar, style, variety
  • Must complete job site specific safety training
  • Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies that align with organizational goals (desired)
  • Strong storytelling and content development abilities, including internal and external communications (desired)
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
