The City of Fond du Lac is accepting applications for the position of Assistant City Attorney within the City Attorney/Human Resources Department. This full-time position reports to the City Attorney and serves as the primary backup for the City Attorney. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal duties, including labor relations, municipal court prosecution, policy development, and providing legal counsel to various city departments. Salary range: We offer a competitive compensation package $93,962 – $109,935 /annually based upon knowledge, skills, and abilities; annual COLA and step increases pending City Council approval of budgets; and future promotional opportunities in alignment with succession and career path.
