Andrew Law Offices, SC is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to serve as the welcoming first impression of our law office. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours, meaningful work, and the opportunity to learn more about the legal field while supporting an incredible team.

Required Experience or Qualifications


What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and visitors and create a welcoming office experience
• Answer phones, take messages, assist with scheduling client meetings and managing calendars
• Prepare and organize records and documents for clients
• Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks
• Manage and restock office supplies, keep the office organized and prepare conference room for meetings.
