Accounting Coordinator

Envision Greater Fond du Lac is looking for a Part-Time Accounting Coordinator to join our team. We're not just looking for someone to process invoices and reconcile accounts—we're looking for someone who wants to contribute to the success of the community they call home.

About Envision

Envision Greater Fond du Lac is the county's chamber of commerce and economic development organization. Every day, we work alongside businesses, schools, nonprofits, local governments, and community leaders to strengthen our economy, support workforce development, attract new talent, and improve quality of life throughout Fond du Lac County.

What You'll Do

As our Accounting Coordinator, you'll help keep our organization running smoothly by:

  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
  • Reconciling bank accounts and company credit cards
  • Assisting with membership billing and sponsorship invoicing
  • Supporting event and program-related financial transactions
  • Monitoring vendor accounts and payment activity
  • Maintaining organized records for audits and reporting
  • Assisting with financial tracking for grants and special initiatives
  • Providing occasional backup support at the front desk

Preferred Experience

  • Accounting, bookkeeping, banking, payroll, office administration, or related experience
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems preferred

Equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22,000-$27,500 annually based on experience
  • PTO
  • Matching 401(k)
  • Flexible weekday schedule
