• Demonstrate specific behaviors and language that authentically show care, build trust, and create understanding—so the other person's brain stays in executive function instead of activating fear.
• Apply the Care-Trust-Understand Triangle to real workplace scenarios and practice showing up differently in their next difficult conversation.

Create a concrete action plan for one specific relationship or conversation where they've been stuck—and identify which element to focus on first.
