Christa Williams has dedicated the past 17 years to “engaging and igniting the potential” in people as the executive director of Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners Inc. (Sophia Partners).

Christa brings servant leadership to life for individuals and organizations across the United States. As the operational leader, strategist, instructional designer, and facilitator at Sophia Partners, she exemplifies this approach.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from UW-Oshkosh and completed Master's of Servant Leadership coursework at Viterbo University. Christa is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and holds additional training and certifications in servant leadership, compassionate listening, group facilitation, and coaching.

With over 30 years of executive leadership experience across corporate, non-profit, and educational sectors, Christa has been mentored, guided, and inspired by prominent figures in today's servant leadership movement. Her expertise includes Servant Leadership, World Cafe', Strategic Planning, Strengths-Based Leadership, Facilitation, and Learning Experience Design.
