This one-hour workshop is designed to help small business leaders create impactful internship programs that benefit both the business and the intern. Attendees will learn how to write effective internship job descriptions, set clear expectations, and determine appropriate compensation. The session will also cover key topics such as mentoring interns, the legalities of paid vs. unpaid internships, and how to transition interns into full-time roles.
