Presenter: Tom Wardrip

Tom Wardrip is a Managing Director with Gallagher’s Compensation Consulting practice. Tom has comprehensive management experience in the service and health care managed services industries, and has extensive experience working with complex system integrations and multi-hospital organizations.

Tom received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Hospitality Management and his Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Sector and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University. Tom is certified as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by WorldatWork.
