Presenter:

Kaitlyn Kenealy, MA, LPC, is the Chief Executive Officer of Into the Woods Wellness, a psychotherapist, international bestselling author, and speaker specializing in mental health, leadership development, organizational wellness, and sustainable behavior change.

With an educational background in clinical mental health counseling, gender and women's studies, and history, Kaitlyn brings a multidisciplinary perspective to understanding human behavior, organizational dynamics, and the connection between personal and professional well-being.

As CEO of Into the Woods Wellness, Kaitlyn leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering an integrated, whole-person approach to health and wellness. Her leadership philosophy centers on strategic growth, collaboration, innovation, and creating environments where both individuals and organizations can thrive.

Drawing from her experience in clinical practice, executive leadership, and entrepreneurship, Kaitlyn works to bridge the gap between mental health awareness and practical, sustainable solutions. She is passionate about helping leaders and organizations understand how psychological safety, emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and employee well-being influence engagement, resilience, and long-term organizational success.
