This is a live, hour-long look at what Claude can actually do inside a small business, not a slide deck about AI in general. Pat opens with his own numbers—the hours Claude gives back every week in his business—then breaks down the basics: what makes Claude different from a chatbot you've probably already tried. From there he shows a few of the more advanced pieces, the connectors that let Claude work inside the tools you already use and the skills that turn a one-time process into something Claude runs the same way every time. He'll walk through a couple of real examples, tools built without hiring a developer, so you can see what's possible instead of just hearing about it. The second half opens up to the room for questions about Claude, your workflow, and where AI actually fits in your business, and Pat closes with an invite into the Claude Training program for anyone ready to go further.
