4. AI in Employment Decisions — Presented by Bill Fischer

Recognize emerging legal risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence in employment decisions and identify considerations for responsible implementation. Includes bias mitigation, transparency requirements, vendor oversight, and upcoming regulatory mandates.
