HR professionals navigate conflict constantly—and you've probably noticed a pattern: Some conversations resolve. Others keep happening. Same issue, different day. That's not a tactics problem. It's a trust problem—but not just trust. One of three foundational elements is consistently missing: care, trust, or understanding. This workshop teaches you to identify which one and practice showing up differently. Because when you show up differently, they respond differently. Conversations actually move forward instead of cycling back.

Participants will be able to:

  • Identify which of the three foundational elements (care, trust, understanding) is missing when a conversation keeps looping—and recognize how that shows up in their own conflict patterns.
  • Demonstrate specific behaviors and language that authentically show care, build trust, and create understanding—so the other person's brain stays in executive function instead of activating fear.
  • Apply the Care-Trust-Understand Triangle to real workplace scenarios and practice showing up differently in their next difficult conversation.

Create a concrete action plan for one specific relationship or conversation where they've been stuck—and identify which element to focus on first.
